This Privacy Policy describes how Bravion Talent Group ("Bravion," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about visitors to braviontalentgroup.com and individuals who apply for opportunities through our online application system.
Information you provide
When you contact us or submit a job application, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address (city and state), work authorization responses, work history, education, skills, references, and a resume or supporting documents. When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter (name, email, phone if provided, subject, and message).
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website we automatically collect limited technical information, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and general usage information. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled to understand aggregate site usage. Google Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to: (1) review and evaluate job applications; (2) communicate with applicants about opportunities, interviews, and next steps; (3) respond to contact-form inquiries; (4) operate, secure, and improve the website; (5) prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; and (6) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Service providers we rely on
We use vetted third-party service providers to operate the website and application system, including: Supabase (application database, authentication, and encrypted resume storage), Resend (transactional email delivery for application confirmations and internal recruiter notifications), Google Analytics 4 (aggregated website analytics), and our website hosting and content-delivery provider. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments and are not authorized to use applicant information for their own marketing.
Resume uploads and storage
Resumes uploaded through the application form are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private, non-public storage bucket. Resume files are renamed to non-guessable identifiers and are not indexed, linked from, or downloadable from any public page. Only authorized Bravion recruiters, authenticated to our internal recruiter dashboard, can access resumes, and access is granted through short-lived, expiring signed links.
Contact form submissions
Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered by email to info@braviontalentgroup.com and stored in our secure database so we can respond to you. Contact submissions are protected by anti-spam measures and rate limiting. We ask that you not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, banking information, passwords, or medical records through the contact form.
Cookies and analytics technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function (for example, to keep your session, remember form progress, and support security features) and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4 for aggregated usage statistics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Recruiting communications
If your background matches an available opportunity, a member of our recruiting team may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided in your application. You may reply to any recruiting message and request that we update your contact information or discontinue further outreach.

Data security

These include transport encryption (HTTPS), encrypted storage, database row-level access controls, private storage for resumes, expiring signed links, and authenticated access to internal recruiter tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain applicant information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate candidacy, consider you for other opportunities, respond to your inquiries, and meet our legal, tax, and compliance obligations. Contact-form submissions are retained for a similar period to support follow-up communications and record keeping. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses of your information. Children
