Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bravion Talent Group website at braviontalentgroup.com and any related services, including our online application system (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Website use
The Site is provided to help job seekers learn about Bravion Talent Group, review current opportunities, and submit applications for advertised positions. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Job listings
Job listings may be added, updated, paused, or removed at any time without prior notice. The availability of a listing does not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee that a position will remain open.
No guarantee of employment
Submitting an application, resume, or inquiry through the Site does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee an interview, screening, offer, placement, compensation, start date, or specific response time. Hiring decisions depend on role availability, applicant qualifications, client requirements, and successful completion of the applicable selection process.
Applicant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit through the Site. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and materials you upload (including your resume) and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful content.
No fees
Bravion Talent Group does not charge applicants any fees to apply, interview, be considered for placement, or begin employment. We will never ask candidates to pay for equipment, training, background checks, or onboarding. Any communication requesting such payment should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@braviontalentgroup.com.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to (a) use the Site in any manner that could disable, damage, overburden, or impair it; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or connected systems; (c) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (d) upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (e) use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or listings; or (f) misuse the contact form or application system, including submitting spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, logos, layout, and the Bravion Talent Group name and branding, are owned by Bravion Talent Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
User submissions
By submitting information, materials, or communications through the Site (including applications, resumes, and contact-form messages), you grant Bravion Talent Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process your submission for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy, communicating with you, operating the Site, and meeting our legal obligations. Your submissions remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services and links
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, services, or resources that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, or availability of any third-party site or service, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, features, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravion Talent Group and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bravion Talent Group and its officers, employees, and service providers from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Bravion Talent Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction over that location, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
